2018 Porsche Macan: Performance, Changes, Price

The Macan is smaller of two Porsche’s SUVs. It is relatively new in the brand’s lineup as it debuted for the 2015 model year. It looks like diminished Cayenne with more aggressive design approach and with smaller proportions, its appearance is much sportier. Behind the wheel, you will feel like in the sports car as its all engine options provide quick acceleration while sharp handling keeps it firmly on the ground. Interior quality is also impressive as well as the list of available features. The next version of this model comes as the 2018 Porsche Macan and for this model year the brand is going to offer the new-generation Cayenne.

What should be new?

Porsche has already done a serious work on the 2017 Macan. This model added two new trims including the base one with the new engine and performance oriented GTS model. More standard equipment is now available including some advanced safety features. There is also upgraded infotainment system. With all that on the mind and the fact that the new Audi Q5, on which this model is loosely based, will arrive for the next model we shouldn’t expect the facelift or some serious changes before the 2019 model year. For the next model year, however, it might expand the list of standard features and add new color options.
